Vacancy Nurse recovery and/or night

Are you an independent nurse with experience in recovery or other departments? Do you want to work in a dynamic and versatile care environment where your expertise really makes a difference? Then this vacancy might be something for you! 

Job description: 

As an experienced nurse, you will work within a team of professionals who primarily focus on the care of transgender patients from all over the world. 

What are you going to do? 

• Informing and reassuring patients.
• Postoperative follow-up, both for short observation periods and for a maximum observation of 24 hours.
• Placing probes.
• Checking medical records.
• ...

After the operation, you will take care of the maintenance and sterilization of equipment and materials. You have a good understanding of the orders of doctors and other healthcare providers and follow them closely.

Your profile: 

• You have a bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Do you speak a little German besides Dutch and English? Great!
• Patience and empathy are often needed to support our patients well. An “open mind” is a must. 
• Discretion is very important given the nature of the treatments and surgeries we offer within our clinic. 
• You work independently and you are available at least 1 to 2 days a week.
